Fusing poetry, movement and multi-media, this powerful show explores what it means to be a girl growing up today. How do the messy, superficial messages thrown at young women shape the choices we make? Through different characters and stories, Ella (the poet) with Amy and Niamh (the movers), travel from girlhood to womanhood, exploring themes of objectification, dodgy periods, self-esteem and the incessant need for self-validation.
