Alumna of Roundhouse Poetry Collective and Apples & Snakes Writing Room, Ella has performed poetry sets around the UK, including at The National Centre for Writing, Wise Words Festival, Camden Inspire Festival, Shambala Festival, Into the Wild, Brighton’s Old Market, The Orange Tree Theatre, Stand Up & Slam/Brighton Komedia, Rebel Soap Box, Bring Your Own Bars and more. Ella has been commissioned to write poems for Lewes Women’s FC, Central Saint Martins, Tullamore D.E.W and Audio Active. Publication history includes Poetry Wales, Ink, Sweat & Tears, Zindabad Zine, and more. At the age of 19, Ella won the Pebble Trust Talent Award to bring her poetry show to Brighton Fringe, where it sold out and went on to critical acclaim at Edinburgh Fringe in 2017. Ella hosts and produces the acclaimed Arts Council-Funded poetry night Off the Chest.
